TUNE INTO THE ABOVE SITES for a mix of old and next generation Bluegrass Music, information and informative interviews from Steve and the Unreal Bluegrass show.

SHOW THIS WEEK:

 LEANNA   and                                             LAUREN PRICE

Twin sisters Leanna and Lauren Price love and play traditional bluegrass in the style of Bill Monroe and the Bluegrass Boys and have developed their own sound around that style. The duo features Leanna on the fiddle and Lauren on the mandolin and their vocal harmonies are unsurpassed, strengthened by the bond only siblings can share. Former Bluegrass Boy, Byron Berline, has stated, "To see young people like the Price twins excel on their instruments and sing like only sisters can really makes me proud to know this music will last for a long time." The twins will graduate from Moorehead University School of music this year!

Listen to one of the shows above  as Steve chats with Leanna and Lauren while they are driving on their first trip to the Kansas City Folk Alliance about their exciting year after signing with Rebel Records, their first EP record titled The Price Sisters, which is selling very well, the help from other artists in creating the album and influences behind the songs selected and recorded. Delightful young ladies, indeed!
